If I am successful in convincing them of my experience I will feel proud and will have been able to help someone.It is useful for a coach to seek 'help' from others too. In this way the coach and the student may talk about issues and look at past experiences which will improve our knowledge. This can be a sort of 'help' in the sense that we can both have an increased knowledge of each other.When it comes to information in coaching, one of the biggest benefits is of course a relationship with the coach's students, with whom we work to maintain high standards of ethics and conduct. The coach can support this by developing this relationship with their students. 'Help' is therefore always available when it comes to information, knowledge and communication which can be used to help one develop.
